In a study done at the Syracuse University in New York, where 968 people between the ages of 23 and 98 participated. The results of the study showed that chocolate has a positive effect on cognitive performance. And if you eat it regularly, it can improve your memory and abstract thinking.
Another study done at Tel Aviv University, revealed that when people eat chocolate every morning, it helps them to work more effectively. But they also found that dessert (like Chocolate Cake), as part of a balanced 600-calorie breakfast helped dieters to lose more weight — and keep it off in the long run.
So next time you feel the urge for chocolate cake for breakfast, you can do so without feeling guilty. Because it may actually be good for you.
